| 摘 要： | 笔报道1997年1月－2000年6月10例恶性心包积液患的整体护理。通过按护理程序及时评估，积极为病人解决现存的心脏压塞症状，得出主要护理诊断；舒适的改变、排例功能异常、引流管脱落的危险，绝望等。给予相应护理措施，病人无出现护理并发症，改善生活质量。

| Abstract: | Holistic nursing care was conducted upon 10 patients with malignant pericardial effusion, admitted from January 1997 to June 2000, so as to evaluate the symptoms and form nursing diagnosis in view of changes in comforts, drainage-tube's break-off and despair and so on. Suitable measurements were taken to cope with the symptoms. The symptoms were relieved, with no complications occurring and the patients' life quality improved significantly. |
