黄芩苷对小鼠肠道微生态的影响

摘    要:目的分析黄芩苷对小鼠肠道微生态的影响。方法40只NIH小鼠,雌雄各半,随机平均分为4组,即生理盐水组、林可霉素组、低剂量黄芩苷组(1.25mg/mL)和高剂量黄芩苷组(2.5mg/mL)。每组小鼠相应灌胃14d后,对各小鼠肠道粪便的细菌群落进行细菌培养分析和PCR-DGGE(PCR-变性梯度凝胶电泳)分析。结果低剂量黄芩苷组的细菌物种丰度、多样性指标以及乳杆菌数目都高于其他各组。生理盐水组、林可霉素组和低剂量黄芩苷组的肠道细菌种群表现为组内相似性较高,组间差异性较大。结论低剂量黄芩苷能促进某些细菌、很可能是乳杆菌的生长;低剂量黄芩苷还可调节肠道形成新的、更稳定的细菌群落结构。
