子宫内膜增生过长与内膜腺癌线粒体结构的变化

摘    要:用体视学方法对正常增殖期子宫内膜,囊腺型和腺瘤型增生过长及高分化内膜腺癌各5例腺上皮细胞的超微结构进行形态计量研究。结果表明:线粒体最主要的改变为体积逐渐递增;囊腺型增生的线粒体的形态无明显改变,而在腺瘤型增生及内膜腺癌,其数目显著减少,形态学上出现退行性改变,并随细胞分化程度的降低而加剧。本文认为线粒体的肿胀变性及数目减少为内膜腺上皮细胞癌变过程中最早发生的超微形态学改变。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of normal proliferative endometrium, cystic and adenomato-us hyperplasia, and well-differentiated endometrial carcinoma ( 5 cases for each group ) was studied by stereologic morphometry. We found that progressive increase of volume of mitochondria associated with the severity of cell proliferation. In cystic hyperplasia no obvious change was observed,but in adenomatous hyperplasia, degeneration was accompanied by decreased number but increased volume of mitoch ondria, Thus we think that in the course of evolution from normal cell to carcinoma.degeneration of mitochondria might be the earlist ultrastructural morphologic change.
