雌、孕激素水平与复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的相关性研究

目的 通过研究雌、孕激素水平与复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的相关性，探索辅助治疗疾病的新方法。方法 对照组与研究组各50例均在黄体期，用化学发光法检测血清雌二醇和孕酮水平，阴道上皮细胞涂片采用巴氏染色法测嗜伊红细胞指数和邹褶指数。结果 患者血清孕酮水平下降与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；阴道上皮细胞嗜伊红细胞指数和邹褶指数与对照组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 复发性念珠菌性阴道炎受多种因素影响，其中之一可能与孕酮水平下降有关。

The relationship between the level of estrogen progestin and palindromia of monilial vaginitis

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of estrogen progestin and palindromia of monilial vaginitis and new method on ancillary treatment. Methods The levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone in serum, and eosinophilic index and pleat index during luteal phase were detected by chemiluminescence and Pap staining, respectively. Results The level of progesterone in serum was lower in patients than that in normal controls (P<0.05). However, the eosinophilic index and pleat index were similar to normal controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Palindromia of monilial vaginitis was influenced by many factors and associated with low level of progesterone in serum.
