罗哌卡因联合芬太尼用于分娩镇痛60例效果分析

目的探讨罗哌卡因联合芬太尼在分娩镇痛中的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月至12月间在医院产科分娩的孕产妇60例作为观察组,采用罗哌卡因联合芬太尼分娩镇痛;另选取之前的50例产妇作为对照组,采用罗哌卡因镇痛。观察两组产妇在分娩方式、产程进展、产痛程度、产后出血等方面的差异。结果观察组第一产程为(252.7±111.7)min,较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);观察组产妇镇痛分娩效果显著,视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)Ⅰ级占86.67%,显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均无严重并发症。结论罗哌卡因联合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉应用于分娩镇痛,麻醉效果好,对母婴影响小。

Application Analysis of Ropivacaine Combined with Fentanyl in Labor Analgesia

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in labor analgesia.Methods From June 2010 to December 2010,60 patients in the observation group were taken with ropivacaine and fentanyl epidural anesthesia combined with labor analgesia.Fifty cases in the control group were taken with ropivacaine in labor analgesia.The differences of delivery mode,birth process,extent of pain and postpartum bleeding between the two groups were observed.Results The first stage of the observation group was（252.7±111.7）min,was significantly shorter than the control group（P 0.05）.The maternal analgesia in labor results of the observation group was significant.Class Ⅰaccounted for 86.67%,significantly better than the control group（P 0.01）.There were no serious complications.Conclusion The application of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl epidural anesthesia used in labor analgesia was effective,and is slight for the maternal and child.
