| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿替卡因在牙体牙髓病治疗中的麻醉效果。方法选择2009年12月至2011年12月在医院进行治疗的248例牙体牙髓病患者,运用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者使用利多卡因进行麻醉,观察组患者使用阿替卡因进行麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组患者5 min麻醉总有效率为90.32%和总有效率为95.16%,均明显高于对照组的76.61%和81.45%(P<0.05)。结论阿替卡因在牙体牙髓病治疗中的麻醉效果优于利多卡因,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of articaine in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods Two hundred forty-eight cases of patients with dental pulp disease who were treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from december 2009 to december 2011 were divided into control group and observation group,the control group were given lidocaine,the observation group were given articaine,then we compared the anesthetic effect between two groups.Results The 5 min anesthesia efficiency and total efficiency of observation group was 90.32%and 95.16%,respectively,and was obviouly higher than 76.61%and 81.45%of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The anesthetic effect of articaine in the treatment of dental pulp disease has an advantage over lidocaine,it is worthy of clinical application. |
