摘    要:目的 介绍微乳给药系统在抗肿瘤药物中的研究进展,为深入研究提供参考.方法 根据国内、国外文献报道,对微乳给药系统的处方组成、成型工艺以及在抗肿瘤药物中的应用等方面进行综述.结果与结论 微乳给药系统能够提高水溶性差的抗肿瘤药物的生物利用度,提高疗效,适合口服给药,方便患者服用.

Abstract:Objective To introduce the research progress of microemulsion drug delivery system applied in antitumor drugs to provide reference for further study.Methods To review the formula composition,forming technology and application in antitumor drugs of microemulsion drug delivery system according to the literature in abroad and at home.Results and Conclusion The microemulsion drug delivery system can improve the bioavailability of antitumor drugs with poor aqueous solubility,enhance the curative effectiveness and provide the convenience to patients orally taking.
