血脂康与辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病血脂异常的疗效对比

目的比较血脂康、辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床效果。方法将60例2型糖尿病血脂异常患者随机分为血脂康组30例(0.6 mg,2次/d)与辛伐他汀组30例(20 mg/d),疗程均为12周。结果血脂康及辛伐他汀组降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和甘油三酯(TG)的水平分别为26%,37%,30%和27%,27%,31%(P<0.01),升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平分别为20%和5%,血脂康降TG及升HDL-C的作用明显优于辛伐他汀(P<0.05)。血脂康组治疗后血糖明显改善(P<0.01)。结论血脂康不仅能改善2型糖尿病患者血脂异常,而且可改善血糖,具有良好的安全性和耐受性。

The Efficacy Observation of Xuezhikang and Simvastatin on Dyslipidemia in Type- H Diabetes Patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of simvastatin and Xuezhikang in treating the dyslipidemia in type- II diabetes patients. Methods Sixty type-II diabetes patients with dyslipidemia were randomized to Xuezhikang group （0.6 mg, bid） and simvastatin group （20 mg/d） with the treatment duration of 12 weeks, 30 patients each group. Results Xuezhikang and simvastatin reduced serum TC,LDL-C and TG by 26% ,37% ,30% and 27% ,27% ,31% respectively （P〈 0.01）,and increased serum HDL-C by 20% and 5% respectively. Compared with the simvastatin group, the reduction of TG and increase of HDL- C in Xuezhikang group were more obvious （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 respectively）. After treatment,the blood sugar in Xuezhikang group was significant improved （P 〈 0. 01）. The adverse reactions were not observed in two groups. Conclusion Xuezhikang not only improved the dyslipidemia in type- II diabetes patients,but also controlled the blood sugar and have a good safety and tolerability.
