摘    要:目的 考察注射用炎琥宁与临床常用抗菌药物配伍的稳定性.方法 模拟临床用药浓度,将炎琥宁分别与青霉素、头孢呋辛、丁胺卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素和甲硝唑配伍后,观察药液外观改变,并测定配伍后不同时间混合液的pH和用紫外分光光度法测定吸光度.结果 炎琥宁与青霉素、头孢呋辛、甲硝唑配伍后在室温条件下放置6h,外观、含量和pH均无明显变化,但与丁胺卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素混合后容易产生白色混浊、沉淀.结论 炎琥宁可与青霉素、头孢类及甲硝唑配伍静脉滴注;但与氨基苷类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类抗菌药物有明显的配伍禁忌.

Abstract:Objective To study the stability of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate for Injection with common antibiotics.Methods Simulated clinical drug concentrations,the Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate for Injection was mixed with penicillin,cefuroxime,amikacin,levofloxacin,azithromycin and metronidazole,the absorbability of mixed liquor in different time was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the appearance observed at the same time,the pH of mixed liquor determined.Results When the Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate was mixed with penicillin,cefuroxime,metronidazole,layed in six hours in room temperature,the contents,pH and appearance had no distinct change;but when it was matched with the amikacin,levofloxacin,azithromycin,the white turbidness,precipitation appeared.Conclusion The Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan-drographolide Succinate for Injection can mix with penicillin,cefuroxime,metronidazole for intravenous infusion,but can't mix with Aminoglycosides,quinolones and macrolides,etc.antibiotics.
