伊托必利联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良62例

目的观察伊托必利联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照法将125例功能性消化不良患者分为两组,对照组63例单用伊托必利治疗,试验组62例加用复方消化酶治疗,以4周为1个疗程。结果治疗后,两组症状总积分都明显下降,对照组总有效率为77.8%,实验组总有效率为87.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反发生应情况相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论伊托必利联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Itopride Combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme for Treating Functional Dyspepsia in 62 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of itopride combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods In a randomized controlled experiment, 125 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（63 cases） received itopride alone. And the test group was added with Compound Digestive Enzyme on the base of itopride treatment. Four weeks were taken as a course of treatment for two groups. Results After treatment, the total symptom scores of two groups all were obviously decreased. The total efficacy rate was 77.8% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 87.1% in the test group, with statistical difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. However, the adverse reactions of two groups showed no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment scheme of itopride combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme for functional dyspepsia is safe and effective, which is worthy of popularization and application.
