红花与掺伪红花的鉴别

摘    要:目的寻求红花与掺伪红花的鉴别方法,为掺伪红花的鉴别提供科学依据。方法与结果通过经验鉴别、显微组织、理化反应、薄层色谱、灰分、吸光度及杂质等检测方法,观察了红花与掺伪红花的性状和组织特征,理化反应中掺伪红花检出钙盐和硫酸盐,薄层色谱中掺伪红花检出三个不同颜色的斑点。结论该方法操作简便、可行,可供鉴别掺伪红花时参考。

Abstract:Objective The authors searched indentification of Flos Carthami and adulterate Flos Carthami,and provided scientific evidences for identification of adulterate Flos Carthami.Methods and Results We observed the characteristics and its structure of Flos Carthami and adulterate Flos Carthami,calcium salt and sulphate which were checked out in adulterate Flos Carthami's physical and chemical nature,and 3 different colors of flecks which were checked out in TLC of adulterate Flos Carthami,by some methods of detection such as identification experiences microstructure,physical and chemical nature,TLC,ash content,absorbency and impurity.Conclusion The method is simple and practicable,it is suitable to be used in Identification of Flos Carthami and adulterate Flos Carthami for reference.
