使用包皮去除环行成人包皮环套术(附138例报告)

目的：探讨包皮去除环在成人包皮环套术中的应用。方法：对138例包皮过长及包茎的患者应用GM SDS－2包皮去除环包皮环套术；同期行6例传统皮皮环切术。结果：包皮环套术组手术时间及术后疼痛持续时间较传统环切术组短；环套术组出现1例内板脱落出血，环切组术后早期出血2例，1包皮血肿。环套组7天拆环后7例出现包皮肿胀内外板裂开。环套组愈合后，包皮对称良好，切缘整齐美观，无线头反应。结论：成人包皮环套术术时短，术中出血少，患者较痛苦轻，术后外形美观，无线头反应，远期效果理想，应用性强。

Application of circumcision ring in adult plastiring circumcision

Objective:To evaluate the application of circumcision ring in adult plastiring circumcision Methods:Plastiring circumcision using the GM SDS 2 circumcision rings was performed on 138 patients who suffer from redundant prepuce or phimosis, and traditional circumcision was performed on other 63 patients Results:The time during operation and persisting pain after operation in plastiring circumcision was shorter than traditional circumcision. There was 1 case bleeding as the inner skin falls of in the first group,and in the second group there were 2 bleeding cases,1 patient suffers from prepuce hematoma after operation After releasing the ring seven days later,there are 7 persons whose prepuces tumery and the inner skin rending from the outer skin When healing off,in the plastiring circumcision group the prepuces was symmetria and had nice brims,no thrum response Conclusion:The plastiring circumcision takes shorter time and less bleeding Suffered less pain,no thrum response and it keeps a nice shape after operation The long time effect is satisfying and it was valuated to extend
