| 摘 要： | 目的:解决患者在用药中遇到的问题,满足其对药品知识的需求。方法:对我院2008-2009年门诊药房咨询窗口工作内容进行统计、分析,并介绍药师在咨询工作中对各种用药问题提出的解决方案。结果与结论:2年中咨询窗口药师共接待咨询3278人次,平均每天12.3人次,其中药物相关内容与非药物相关内容各占约50%。药物相关内容主要包括药物使用、药品质量、药品价格和药品管理等方面,药师在咨询过程中为患者提供了及时、有效的用药指导;非药物相关内容主要包括问路、就医等问题,说明药物咨询窗口的作用在扩大、延伸。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To deal with the problems of drug use of patients and to meet the requirement of patients on pharmaceutical knowledge. METHODS: The working contents of pharmacy consulting window in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were analyzed statistically, and various solutions scheme to drug use by pharmacists were introduced. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: Totally 3 278 cases are recorded in 2 years, there are 12.3 cases per day in average. Half of them are found to be related to drug use, and other half to be not relate... |
