| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院大肠埃希菌耐药性的现状和变迁,探讨其发展与抗菌药物用量之间的关系,为抗菌药物管理提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,计算13种抗菌药物平均每日每百张床位所消耗的用药频度(DDDs)及同期大肠埃希菌的耐药率,用SPSS17.0统计软件对抗菌药物用量与耐药率进行相关性分析。结果:高档次的抗菌药物用量逐年增长,低档次的抗菌药物用量逐年缩减。大肠埃希菌对多种抗菌药物呈广泛耐药,且逐年增长。庆大霉素、氨苄西林、哌拉西林/舒巴坦、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢西丁、头孢曲松、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南/西司他丁的用量与大肠埃希菌对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、氨苄西林、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢西丁、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶的耐药率呈不同程度的相关性。结论:大肠埃希菌对多种抗菌药物耐药率高,抗菌药物使用量与大肠埃希菌耐药水平之间存在相关性;应加强细菌耐药监测和抗菌药物临床应用管理。
