儿童弱视综合疗法分析

目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的临床特点及效果。方法128例(172眼)患儿按照全国统一弱视诊断标准确诊后,进行戴镜、遮盖以及增视训练等方法治疗。并对弱视的类型、弱视的程度、患者的年龄与疗效的关系,以及弱视治愈的时间进行分析。结果弱视治疗的总有效率为93.6%,其中治愈率为73.26%,进步为20.35%,无效为6.4%;治愈疗程平均为6.5个月。屈光不正性弱视、～6岁组治愈率最高。结论弱视的疗效与弱视的类型、弱视的程度、患者的年龄密切相关,综合疗法可以提高弱视治愈率,缩短治疗时间。

Analysis of the treatment of amblyopia in children

Objective To study the efficiency of comprehensive treatment of amblyopia. Methods 128 cases(172 eyes) diagnosed amblyopia according to the national criteria of amblyopia were treated with correct spectacle, eye-patch and visual plasticity system treatment. The relation between efficacy and some factors such as type of amblyopia, age and degree of amblyopia were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95.3%. 79.1% of eyes were cured.16.3% got improved. 4.7% had on improvement. The average cure time was 6.5 months. The cure rate of ametropic amblyopia or the children of ~6 year old group was higher than others. Conclusion Amblyopia can get improved by amblyopia treatment . The results of amblyopia treatment are closely related to factors such as degree, age and patterns of amblyopia. Comprehensive treatment could improve the cure rates and shorten the cure time.
