腹式与阴式子宫切除术的临床疗效研究

目的:比较两种不同术式的子宫切除术对患者的影响。方法:回顾性分析比较经腹(TAH)、经阴(TVH)子宫切除病人的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用率、术后病率及术后住院天数。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后镇痛用药率、术后病率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005);对直肠膀胱功能的影响两组无统计学差异。结论:TVH与TAH相比手术时间短、创伤小,对腹腔脏器干扰小,术后疼痛轻、康复快、腹部不留瘢痕,更符合微创观念。

Study on Curative Effects between Vaginal Hysterectomy and Abdominal Hysterectomy

Objective:To evaluate the effects on patients of two methods with vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and abdominal hysterectomy(TAH).Method:A retrospective analysis and comparison were made for abdominal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy,in terms of the operation duration,blood lost during the procedure,postoperative analgesic,morbidity and hospitalization.Result:There were significant differences between two groups in the operation duration,blood lost during the procedure,postoperative analgesic,morbidity and hospitalization(P<0.005).No statistic difference was found between the groups in the effects on intestinum rectum and bladder function.Conclusion:TVH group is safer,more effective,less injury and pain,quicker recovery and no visible scar than TAH.
