中医综合疗法治疗脂肪肝的临床效果

目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：经B超诊断为脂肪肝的患者68例（脂肪肝组），采用经皮给药、循经推按和口服中药治疗。治疗前后评定临床症状及血生化检测的变化，并与正常组对照。结果：治疗40d后，脂肪肝组临床症状及系列生化检测与治疗前比较均显著改善（P〈0．01），与正常组比较差异无显著性意义。临床疗效显示脂肪肝组治愈率50％，总有效率95．6％。结论：血脂异常、血糖代谢紊乱、高粘血症为脂肪肝发病的危险因素，采用中医综合疗法治疗能取得较好效果。

The Clinical Curative Effect of Tradition-medical Comprehensive Treatment on Patients with Fatty Liver

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on the integrate therapeutics on the fatty liver disease. Methods: 68 cases diagnosing fatty liver by B-Ultrasonography (the fatty liver group) were measured clinical menifestation and blood biochemical index. Then compared with the normal group. Results: After 40 days' therapy, clinical menifestation and blood biochemical index in the fatty liver group were improved than those before treatment (P<0.01). And it had no significant different compared with the normal group. The cure rate of the integrate therapeutics of the fatty liver group was 50%,and total effective rate of the integrate therapeutics was 95.6%. Conclusion: Dyslipidaemia, dysglycemia and hyperviscosity are risk factors of fatty liver disease. The clinical curative effect of the integrate therapeutics of the fatty liver disease is preferable.
