神经阻滞与推拿按摩在疼痛治疗中的并发症及意外

目的分析神经阻滞与推拿按摩治疗疼痛性疾病过程中发生并发症及意外8例的原因，从中吸取教训。方法对臂丛神经麻痹者采用患侧星状神经节阻滞治疗，注入2％利多卡因合剂。对因肿瘤高位截瘫者行硬膜下肿瘤切除术。对硬膜外脓肿者静脉滴注抗生素。对全身持续性抽搐者行面罩人工呼吸，静脉注射2．5％硫喷妥钠、地西泮，并行高压氧治疗。对急性喉水肿者面罩加压给氧，静脉注射地塞米松等。对休克者静脉注射地塞米松、麻黄碱、阿托品。结果痊愈7例，显效1例。结论在采用神经阻滞与推拿按摩治疗疼痛过程中，应增强防范意识及对并发症和意外情况的警惕性。一旦发生并发症或意外，如能及时妥善处理，常可取得满意的结果。

Complications and accidents during the treatment of pain diseases by nerve block and massage

Objective To learn lessons by analysing complications and accidents during treatment of pain diseases by nerve block and massage. Methods Stellate ganglion block was used to treat the patient with brachial plexus palsy. For patients who has high paraplegia due to tumor, subdural tumor resection was adopted. For patients who has epidual abscess antibiotics was injected intravenously. Mask respirators were used for the patient with systemic convulsion,accompanied with intravenous 2.5% thiopental and diazepam and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Using pressurized oxygen masks, oxygen and dexamethasone was given to patients who suffered from acute laryngeal edema. Shock was treated with intravenous dexamethasone, ephed- rine and atropine. Results Seven patients were cured and 1 patient was significantly effective. Conclusion During the procedures of treatment of pain diseases by nerve block and massage, it must be strengthened to pay attention to preventive awareness and heightened the vigilance of complications and accidents. Once they occur,the management should be quick and proper,satisfactory results were obtained constantly.
