| 摘 要： | 给１３７例慢性荨麻疹患者进行皮内过敏试验，发现居前三位的过敏原为螨（１２５例阳性）、蟑螂（１１２例阳性）、屋尘（１０６例阳性）。建议针对过敏原对慢性荨麻疹病人进行特异性脱敏治疗。

| Abstract: | An intradermal allergen test was conducted on 137 patients with chronic urticaria. 125 of them were positive to the extract test of acarids. These 112 were positive to the extract test of cockroaches. 106 were positive to the extract test of house dust. It is suggested that special disallergic therapy be used for these patients. |
