浅谈晚期肝硬化患者的护理体会

目的：探讨提高晚期肝硬化患者的生活质量及生存率的护理措施。方法：对肝硬化患者从身体上、心理上以及社会支持上给予关注和指导,采取预防感染和并发症的护理措施。结果：无1例患者发生严重并发症,大大缩短了患者的住院时间。结论：肝硬化患者病情易反复,劳累、饮食不当、感染是诱发并发症的重要因素,加强临床护理,积极预防和治疗并发症,可降低患者的病死率,提高其生活质量。

Discussion the nursing experience of andanced stage liver cirrhosis patiewts.

Objective ： To explore the nursing intervention that what could improve the quality of life and survival rate of liver cirrhosis patients. Methods ： Attention and guidance about health, mentality plus social support were given to the patients. Meanwhile, the nursing intervention of preventing infection and complication were adopted. Results： No severe complication appeared and the hospitalizing time shortened largely. Conclusion： The eondition of liver cirrhosis patients usually relapse,fatigue, improper diet and infection are important factors inducing complication. Enhancing clinical nursing, preventing and treating complications can degrade the fatality rate.
