重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合鞣酸小檗碱膜促宫颈环形电切术后创面恢复的临床观察

目的:观察宫颈环形电切术后应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合鞣酸小檗碱膜促使创面愈合、预防术后出血的临床效果,以寻找预防宫颈环形电切术并发症的有效方法。方法:选择因宫颈病变需作LEEP的病人106例,随机分成两组,LEEP术后采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合鞣酸小檗碱膜局部用药者56例作为治疗组;LEEP术后自然修复50例作为对照组。对照组发生出血时用明胶海绵局部压迫止血。结果:治疗组阴道出血、流液及持续时间少于对照组(P<0.01),止血效果优于传统的方法(P<0.05),创面愈合时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。结论:重组人表皮生长因子凝胶与鞣酸小檗碱膜联合应用具有促宫颈环形电切术后创面愈合的作用,愈合时间缩短,减少创面感染、渗出、出血,减少宫颈环形电切术后并发症。

Clinical Observation of the Cut Healing with Combining Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Hydrogel and Berberine Tannate Pcilecles after Loop Electrical Excision Procedure

Objective:To observation the post-operative clinical impact on Loop Electrical Excision Procedure LEEP,Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Hydrogel(RHEGF)and Berberine Tannate Pellecles are combined to improve the healing of the cut,prevent the post-operative bleeding,and find out effective methods of preventing LEEP complications.Methods:106 patients with cervical diseases underwent LEEP in clinic.Divide them into two groups randomly,56 patients were adopted rhEGF and Berberine Tannate Pellecles post-LEEP as the cure group,while 50 patients naturally restored from LEEP as the contrast group,with gelatin sponge stopping local bleeding when necessary.Results:Vagina bleeding timing of cure group is shorter than contrast group(P<0.01),and less recovery timing also(P<0.01).The hemostatic effect is superior to traditional methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rhEGF and Berberine Tannate Pellecles will improve the restoration of LEEP cut,shorten its healing timing,less bleeding,less post-operative infection and less LEEP complication as well.
