奈替米星等对老年人肺部感染菌株的敏感性

摘    要:对240株老年人肺部感染临床分离菌用常规纸片法做定性药敏试验及E-test法检测MIC值定量药敏试验,两种方法结果基本一致。数据表明奈替米星(netilmicin,NTL)对革兰氏阴性杆菌的抗菌活性接近阿米卡星和头孢他啶,优于庆大霉素、妥布霉素与广谱青霉素;NTL对葡萄球菌的作用为氨基糖苷类中最强的,也优于氟喹诺酮类与第三代头孢菌素。提示NTL可用于老年人肺部革兰氏阴性杆菌与部分葡萄球菌感染。

Abstract:A Etest method for detect netilmicin (NTL) minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was set up and compared with that of KB disk diffusion method on MuellerHinton medium. A total of 240 clinical strains (gramnegative bacilli and staphylococci) isolated from elderly pulmonary infection were assayed for their antimicrobial sennsitivity. The results of these two methods revealed that nearly 3/4 of isolates is sensitive to NTL. All strains were tested in vitro susceptibility to other kinds of antibiotics and compared with that of NTL. The results suggest that NTL may be one of the strongest antibiotics among aminoglycosides for control of elderly pulmonary infections.
