| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨“疏肝补肾散结汤”治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:以自拟方“疏肝补肾散结汤”治疗乳腺增生症56例,并以“乳块消”作为对照,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及检查等方面的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为70.97%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:“疏肝补肾散结汤”治疗乳腺增生症有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:to explore clinical efficiency of treating mastopathy with leading liver reinforcing nephridium and fading nodules decoction.Methods:Treating 56 cases of mastopathy with leading liver reinforcing nephridium and fading nodules decoction.,compared with the group taking breast nodules disappearing capsules.Observe the different clinical symptoms,signs infra-red scannersand head palladium X-ray film before and after the treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the treating group was 92.86%,and that in the control group was70.97%,all of which were significantly different from control group(P<0.05).conclusion:leading liver reinforcing nephridium and fading nodules decoction is very effective in treating mastopathy. |
