| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维适形放射治疗肺转移瘤的疗效、生存率和副作用。方法对42例肺转移瘤患者进行三维适形放射治疗,单次剂量3~8Gy,每日一次,共照射5~18次。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗,108个病灶消失33灶,缩小61灶,总有效率为87.0%;1,2年生存率分别为65.3%和32.8%。肿块大小为影响疗效的主要因素。放疗期间5例出现1~2级放射性肺炎。结论三维适形放射治疗肺转移瘤有良好的疗效,并发症较少,大部分患者能够耐受。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and side effect of three-dimensional radiotherapy (3DCRT) in treatment of lung metastases.MethodsForty-two patients with lung metastases were treated with 3DCRT at 3-8 Gy once daily,for 5-18 fractions.ResultsAll 42 patients completed their radiotherapy.The overall immediate response rate (CR PR) was 87.0%,survival rates at 1 and 2 years were 65.3% and 32.8%,respectively.Five patients had acute radiation pneumonitis.Tumor size was statistically significant factor affecting the result of treatment.Conclusion 3DCRT can be considered as an effective and feasible approach for treatment of lung metastases with good response and can be accepted by most patients. |
