| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期无创正压通气（NIPPV）治疗肺大疱合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2001年1月至2009年10月我科RICU收治的肺大疱并呼吸衰竭患者58例临床资料。结果实验组与对照组相比，血气分析、呼吸、心率、改气管插管例次、平均住院时间均有显著性差异；自发性气胸、死亡例数无明显差异。结论NIPPV早期干预治疗肺大疱并呼吸衰竭，可以效果良好，不增加自发性气胸发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective Of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment of pulmonary bullae with respiratory failure therapy.Methods Review of January 2001 to October 2009,our department of lung bullae RICU treated 58 patients with respiratory failure and clinical data.Results Experimental group and control group,blood gas analysis,respiration,heart rate,change endotracheal intubation cases,an average length of hospital stay were significantly different;pneumothorax,died last no significant difference.Conclusion NIPPVearly intervention treatment of lung bullae and respiratory failure can result is good,does not increase the incidence of spontaneous pneumothorax. |
