| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自体疣皮下埋植联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的疗效。方法：将100例CA患者随机分为两组，实验组50例行自体疣皮下埋植、二氧化碳激光联合治疗；对照组50例行二氧化碳激光治疗。术后每2周复蠢1次随访3个月。结果：实验组治愈率86％；对照组治愈率64％；两组疗效比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自体疣皮下埋植、二氧化碳激光联合是治疗CA的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of wart body hypodermic implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods:100 patients with CA were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with wart body hypodermic implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser,while the control group only with carbon dioxide laser. After operation,the follow-up examination was performed one time every 2 weeks. Results:Following 3 months,the cure rate was 86% in experimental group and 64% in control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Wart body hypodermic implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser is an effective method for treating CA. |
