| 摘 要： | 目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)在人肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法：通过免疫组织化学的方法检测42例肺癌组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2表达的情况。结果：MMP-2和TIMP-2在肺癌中表达的阳性率分别为62％和31％；MMP-2的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关，与术后生存期的长短呈负相关，而TIMP-2的表达则相反。结论：MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达与肺癌淋巴结转移与预后密切相关，可作为判断肺癌转移和预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the expression of MMP－2 and TIMP－2 inlung carcinoma and its metastasis and prognosis． Methods： SP immunohistological staining was used to detect the expression of MMP－2 and TIMP－2 in 42 cases of lung carcinoma． Results： The expression rate of MMP－2 and TIMP－2 were 62％ and 31％ respectively． The expression of MMP－2 was positively correlated to lymph node metastasis and negatively to survival time． The expression of TIMP－2 was negatively correlated to lymph node metastasis and positively to survival time． Conclusion： The expression of MMP－2 and TIMP－2 are closely correlated to lymph node metastasis and survival time in lung carcinoma which may serve as a parameter for determing tumor biological behavior and prognosis． |
