| 摘 要： | Background: Hypertension, diabetes are main risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Many data shows: hypertension morbidity rate of diabetes patients is apparently higher than that of non diabetes people. In foreign country, hypertension morbidity rate of diabetes patients reaches 40% ～ 80% . In our country, survey of 220 thousand people in 1994 showed that hypertension morbidity rate of diabetes patients is 55.4% . insulin resistance is common pathogenetic foundation of hypertension and type 2 diabetes. In previous reports, there was little report on diabetes morbidity rate of hypertension patients.
