肺癌脑转移60例临床分析

目的：探讨对肺癌脑转移患者行手术、放疗及辅以联合化疗后的疗效比较。方法：对1999年1月～2005年12月间我院收治的经头颅CT和／或MRI检查、手术后病理学证实的肺癌脑转移60例进行回顾性分析。结果：手术＋放化疗组、放疗＋化疗组的中位生存期分别为12个月、11个月，1年生存率分别为25．0％、21．8％；单纯放疗组、单纯化疗组分别为5个月、6个月，及7．69％、0，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肺癌脑转移采用以放疗为主的综合治疗是一种比较合理的治疗方法，可延长生存期、提高疗效。

Clinical analysis on 60 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis

Objective:To analyze the effects of surgery,radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for treating lung cancer patients with brain metastasis.Methods:60 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis certified by brain CT and/or MRI,pathology were retrospectively analyzed between January,1999 and December,2005.Results:The median survival time was 12 months for surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy group and 11 month for radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy group,respectively.The 1-year survival rate was 25.0% and 21.8% respectively.The median survival time was 5 months in pure radiotherapy group and 6 months in pure chemotherapy group,The 1-year survival rate was 7.69% in pure radiotherapy group and 0% in pure chemotherapy group.There was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)between them.Conclusion:The colligational therapy basing on radiotherapy is more effective,which could elongate the survival time and improve the effects.
