| 摘 要： | 目的探讨△Np73mRNA及其蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达与食管癌发生的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）及流式细胞术（FCM）检测47例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及与其相对应的癌旁组织和正常食管组织中△Np73mRNA及其蛋白的表达水平。结果△Np73mRNA及其蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织和正常食管组织（P〈0．01）；且△Np73mRNA及其蛋白的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论△Np73基因的表达可能与食管癌的发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate Delta Np73 mRNA and Np73 protein expression in esophagus cancer and the putative reles in carcinogenesis of esophagus cancer. Methods The expressions of Delta Np73 mRNA and protein were examined by RT - PCR and flow cytometry respectively in 47 esophageal carcinomas tissues, 47 corresponding para - carcinoma tissues and 47 normal esophageal mucosa. Results The expressions of Delta Np73 mRNA and protein in esophageal carcinoma was significantly higher than those in para - carcinoma tissue and normal mucosa （ P 〈0.01 ）. The negative correlation existed between the expression level of Delta Np73 mRNA/protein and infiltration depth of carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Delta Np73 gene is possibly related to the tumorigenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma. |
