拨云锭控制菌检查的实验方法研究

本文采用常规法,离心法,离心-薄膜过滤法对五批拨云锭的控制菌检查方法进行了研究考察.实验结果表明:常规法和离心法都不能同时检出标准所要求检查的控制菌.离心-薄膜过滤法尽管能完全消除该药品的抑菌作用,但又有污染菌丢失的可能存在.应因控制菌的不同而采用不同的处理方法来消除抑菌作用.

Study on the test of controlled bacteria for boyunding

Using routine method, centrfugalization and centrifugalization - filtration, the paper studies the test of controlled bacteria for five batches of Boyunding. The result shows: routine method and centrifugalization can not eliminate the restraining composition of this drug and can not check out all of the controlled bacteria. Although centrifugalization - filtration can check out all of these controlled bacteria, it is possible that some controlled bacteria are discarded. It can be concluded that different method should be used for different controlled bacteria.
