| 摘 要： | 目的观察颈椎横突穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对158例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组80例,用颈椎横突穴位注射治疗,对照组78例,口服布洛芬治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为98.8%,对照组为71.8%,两组疗效经秩和检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颈椎横突穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervical vertebral transverse process point injection in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 80 cases who received cervical vertebral transverse process point injection and a control group of 78 cases who took Fenbid orally.Results The total efficacy rate was 98.8% in the treatment group and 71.8% in the control group.A rank sum test showed a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Cervical vertebral transverse process point injection is superior to medication in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. |
