| 摘 要： | 目的观察剖宫产指征的变化,分析剖宫产率升高的因素。方法回顾性分析本院近5年剖宫产产妇的临床资料。结果(1)剖宫产率逐年上升,2002年为38.88%,2006年为52.46%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。(2)剖宫产指征前3位依次为:难产、社会因素和胎儿宫内窘迫。结论应合理掌握剖宫产指征,降低剖宫产率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the changing trend of cesarean section rate and indications, and to analyze the cause of increasing cesarean section rate. METHODS The clinical date of gravida with cesarean section in these five years were retrospectively studied. RESULTS (1)The rate of cesarean section has been increasing year by year,the cesarean section rate in 2002 was 38.88%, which was singnificantiy lower than that of 52.46% in 2006 (P<0.01).
