电视纤维喉镜1 800例临床分析

目的 研究电视纤维喉镜对喉部疾病诊治的优点、适应证及临床应用注意事项.方法 使用日本产OLYMPUSENF 3型光导纤维喉镜、冷光源、配套活检钳及天津产NT300内镜显示仪,局麻下经导入纤维喉镜对喉部疾病做出诊治.结果 1253例患者一次性手术切除肿物,术后当即给予主观评定,其中1 222例患者发音当即好转,好转率约达97.5%.随访1年以上,手术重复例数为19例,约占1.5%.结论 电视纤维喉镜可以作为较小的喉部良性肿物手术的一种主要选择,在不具备开展全麻支撑喉镜下显微喉部手术的地区具有推广价值.

Clinical Analysis of Television Fibrolaryngoscope for 1800 Cases

Objective To study the advantages,indications and points for attention of television fibrolaryngoscope in clinical practice and provide treatment methods of laryngeal illness.Methods The patients were operated on by local anesthesia.Doctors set fibrolaryngoscope through the patients' nose and made a diagnosis or gave operation,using the instrument made in Japan and necessary accessories.Results Subjective assess was given after operation for the patients operated once.The improvement rate was 97.5%.There were 19 patients operated again after 1 year.Conclusion Television fibrolaryngoscope is a main choice for the treatment of laryngeal benign tumor and worth spreading.
