摘    要:论述了正确认识品牌建设的必要性,指出品牌是医院参与竞争的核心能力,品牌建设是推动医院内涵建设的重要载体,品牌建设的关键是形成医院能力与患者需求之间的独特匹配,良好的医院形象有助于医院品牌的形成,品牌形成必须依靠医院文化建设,其中价值观的确立在医院品牌建设中起着核心作用.

Abstract:This article discusses how to understand the importance of hospital brand and recognize hospital brand as hospitalcore competition to improve hospital development. The key of brand development is to make hospital suit patients demand. Goodhospital imagination is helpful to develop hospital brand. Hospital culture is the basis of hospital brand, which value plays animportant role in the development of hospital brand.
