重症急性胰腺炎手术治疗60例临床分析

目的探讨手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。结果60例重症急性胰腺炎患者，住院时间为18～117d，平均56．4d。治愈43例，治愈率为71．67％，死亡9例，死亡率为15．0％，2例死于多器官衰竭，3例死于应激性溃疡消化道大出血，4例死于败血症。结论针对重症急性胰腺炎的手术治疗，要充分考虑手术时机和手术方式，采取个体化的治疗原则，从患者的不同病因、不同病期、感染与否出发，做出不同考虑，要在尽量较小的创伤下，取得尽量满意的手术效果。

Clinical effect of metaprolol combined with benazepril in 50 patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of metaprolol compined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2004 to December 2007 treated in the in-patient and out-patient departments of our hospital were randromly divided into the observation group and control group. The routine cardiotonic and diuretic were used in both groups, besides this,the Observation group was added with metaprolol and benazepril for a month. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group and 72% in the control group,with a significant difference between them （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Using metaprolol combined with benazepril on the basis of the routine treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic for chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function, and its clinical effect is definite and safe.
