摘    要:目的为探讨适宜的鼻导管吸氧时导管适宜的插入深度。方法将鼻导管分别插入 1.5cm、2cm、3cm及 5cm ,观察记录吸氧前后的血氧饱和度 ,并分别与传统组进行对照。结果各实验组与对照组在血氧饱和度方面无统计学意义 (P >0 .10 )。结论采用鼻导管吸氧时导管插入深度以 2cm左右为宜

Abstract:Objectives To explore the suitable depth of ductus insertion during nasal oxygen breath. Method the Oxygen saturation of blood at different depth of ductus insertion ( 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 3cm and 5 cm ) before and after nasal oxygen breath was analyzed and compared with control group. Result The is no significant difference in oxygen saturation of blood between experiment and control group ( P >0.10). Conclusion The suitable depth for nasal ductus insertion is 2 cm during nasal oxygen breath.
