| 摘 要： | 综述了中药中微量元素形态分析常用技术，包括超临界流体萃取、微波辅助萃取、超滤技术、原子吸收光谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法等。重点介绍了联用技术在该领域中的应用。探讨了中药中微量元素形态分析方法的前景及存在的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly reviewed the usual techniques related to speciation analysis of trace element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including supereritical fluid extraction, microwave assisted extraction, ultrafiltration, atomic absorption spectrometry, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, and so on. The emphasis was made on the application of hyphenated techniques in this field. The prospect and problems of speciation analysis of trace element in Traditional Chinese Medicine were also discussed. |
