高脂血症合并糖调节受损社区干预效果评价的研究

目的分析高脂血症合并糖调节受损强化干预的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月～2012年5月广州市海珠区沙园街社区健康筛查发现的高脂血症合并糖调节受损患者68例,所有患者均已确诊,根据干预方式的不同分为使用常规干预措施的对照组及强化干预的观察组,每组各34例。比较两组患者接受不同干预措施后的空腹血糖水平、血脂相关指标、生活质量评分等差异。结果观察组患者接受强化干预后的空腹血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和载脂蛋白B（ApoB）水平明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ（ApoA-Ⅰ）水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;接受强化干预后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论强化干预可以有效改善高脂血症合并糖调节受损患者的血脂及血糖水平,提高其生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Community intervention effect on hyperlipidemia combined with impaired glucose regulation

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of community intervention on hyperlipidemia combined with impaired glucose regulation Methods 68 cases who were diagnosed with hyperlipidemia combined with impaired glucose regulation from May 2010 to May 2012 in Shayuan Community of Haizhu District were chosen.According to the type of intervention,they were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The contrast group was treat ed with conventional interventions,while the observation group was treated with the community intervention.Then af ter a period of intervention,the differences of fasting blood glucose level,blood lipids and quality of life score of pa tients in the two groups was compared.Results After the community intervention,the fasting plasma glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in contrast group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;the level of TG,TC,LDL-C,ApoB in observation group were lower than those in contrast group,the level of HDL-C,ApoA-Ⅰ in observation group were lower than those in contrast group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.After receiving community intervention,the patients＇ quality of life in the observation group were better than those of the patients in the contrast group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The community intervention can effectively improve the hyperlipidemia combined with impaired glucose regulation in patients with blood lipid and blood glucose levels and improve their life quality.It has the vital clinical significance.
