人性化护理对改善行自血疗法的慢性荨麻疹患者负性心理状态的效果观察

目的探讨人性化护理对改善行白血疗法的慢性荨麻疹患者负性心理状态的效果。方法将广州医学院附属深圳沙井医院64例慢性荨麻疹患者按照随机对照的方法分为两组。观察组采用自血疗法加人性化护理；对照组采用自血疗法加常规护理。治疗3个疗程后对两组患者进行匿名自填问卷调查，用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及李克特量表对两组患者进行相应指标的测评。结果自血疗法加人性化护理组治疗后SAS分值小于50分的有24例，占75％，60～69分只有2例，无70分以上患者；SDS评分由治疗前的（63．68±5．78）分降低到治疗后的（41．54±4．62）分；观察组患者满意度为96．88％，明显高于对照组的34．38％，与对照相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理紧密配合临床治疗一种慢性无法根治的皮肤疾病，在改善临床症状和体征的同时，缓解了患者精神心理方面的不良影响，提高了患者的生活质量，值得推广和应用。

Effect of humanized nursing in treating chronic urticaria patients with negative psychological state after treating with autohemotherapy

Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing in treating chronic urticaria patients with negative psychological state after treating with autohemotherapy. Methods 64 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups by randomly. 32 patients were treated by autohemotherapy combined with humanized nursing as the experiment group. The others were treated by autohemotherapy combined with usual nurse as the control group. Anonymous self-administered questionnaire, anxiety, self-assessment scale （SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and the likert scale corresponding indicators of evaluation were used to evaluate the state of patients after three courses of treatment. Results 24 patients in the experiment group had less 50 score （75%） and 2 patients had more than 60 score and less than 70 score in SAS, no patient more than 70 score in SAS. The SDS reduced from （63.68±5.78） scores to （41.54±4.62） scores after treatment in the experiment group. And the experiment group patient satisfaction as high as 96.88%, was significantly higher than 34.38% of control group. All of date compared with the control, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing combined with the clinical treatment of a chronic incurable skin diseases improve the clinical symptoms and signs at the same time, alleviate the patient adverse psychological impact, and improve the patient＇s quality of life. It is worth promoting and application.
