中西医结合经验性疗法对功能性便秘患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的探讨中西医结合经验性疗治疗对功能性便秘患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择厦门市中医院2009年11月～2011年8月门诊功能性便秘患者40例,给予中西医结合经验性治疗4周,采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及便秘患者生存质量量表（PAC-QOL）观察治疗前及随访3个月后便秘患者心理状态及生活质量的改变。结果随访3个月,SAS、SDS评分较治疗前明显减低（P〈0.05）;PAC-QOL各维度及自评总分均较治疗前明显减低（P〈0.05）;FC患者便秘症状总积分与PAC-QOL评分及SDS、SAS评分均成正相关（P〈0.05）;FC患者PAC-QOL自评总分与SDS、SAS评分亦呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合经验性疗法可显著改善FC患者异常心理状态,提高生活质量。

Effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on psychological states and the quality of life of patients with functional constipation

Objective To explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on psychological states and the quality of life of patients with functional constipation.Methods 40 patients with functional constipation from November 2009 to August 2011 in Xiamen Hospital of TCM were treated with empirical therapy combined with TCM and western medicine for 4 weeks.Zung selfrating anxiety scale（SAS）,selfrating depression scale（SDS） and the patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire（PAC-QOL） were recorded to assess the effects before treatment and after followed up for 3 months.Results After follow-up for 3 months,scores of SAS and SDS decreased significantly comparing with those before treatment（P 0.05）;PAC-QOL scores decreased significantly comparing with those before treatment（P 0.05）;the scores of PAC-QOL and the scores of SAS,SDS were positive correlation to the constipation symptoms（P 0.05）;the scores of PAC-QOL were positive correlation to the scores of SAS,SDS（P 0.05）.Conclusion Combination of TCM and western medicine can improve the abnormal psychological sta tus and the patients＇ living quality significantly.
