企业转制医院聘用医务人员现状分析

目的研究企业医院改制后招聘合同制医务人员在医院工作和生活的现状，探讨如何加强这一特殊群体的管理．及对促进医院医疗质量和服务质量提升的意义。方法通过对2011年7月～2012年6月在岗聘用合同制医务人员进行调查，选取其“压力状况”、“满意度自我评价状况”、“担忧的问题”3个方面的评价结果做统计分析。结果转制医院聘用医务人员总体生活和工作状况较好，同时也存在一些问题和困惑。结论采取人性化管理、合理配置人力资源、科学规划职业生涯、提高薪酬福利、规范学习培训体系等方式有针对性地解决聘用合同制医务人员的合理需求，可有效调动其工作积极性，最终实现医院综合目标和个人奋斗目标。

Present situation analysis of employed medical personnel in transformation of enterprise hospital

Objective To study the work and life situation of contract recruitment medical staffs in transformation of enterprise hospital, discusses how to strengthen the management of this special group, in order to promote the hospital medical care quality and service quality. Methods Contract medical staffs from July 2011 to June 2012 were investi- gated. Then 3 aspects of ＂stress＂, ＂satisfaction self evaluation status＂, ＂concern＂ were chosen, and evaluation results were analyzed statistically. Results The overall working and living conditions of employed medical personnel in trans- formation of enterprise hospital were good, there were also some problems and puzzles. Conclusion Targeted solving employment contract medical staffs and reasonable demand in aspects of humanized management, reasonable alloca- tion of human resources, scientific career planning, improvement of salary and welfare, standardized training system solution, can effectively arouse employed medical staffs work enthusiasm, and ultimately realize hospital comprehensive goals and personal goals.
