多项指标联合检测对凶险型前置胎盘早期诊断价值的探讨

目的探讨多项指标联合检测对凶险型前置胎盘早期诊断价值。方法选择韶关市第一人民医院、韶关市粤北人民医院、广东省韶关市妇幼保健院三家医院2011年12月～2012年6收治入院的经临床和病理诊断为凶险型前置胎盘的20例患者资料进行回顾性分析。分析多项指标联合检测对凶险型前置胎盘早期诊断价值。结果 20例经临床和病理证实的凶险型前置胎盘患者,经黑白超声检查、彩色多普勒超声检查、三维普勒超声检查、血甲胎蛋白（AFP）、肌酸激酶监测等方法联合检测,符合率为100%。20例凶险型前置胎盘产后出血均小于2500 mL,1例子宫切除,1例弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）发生,无1例孕产妇死亡。结论多项指标联合检测对凶险型前置胎盘早期诊断符合率较高,有助于指导临床,减少产后出血及急诊子宫切除的发生。

A number of indicators combined detection of dangerous type of placenta previa early diagnosis value discussion

Objective To study the multiple index combined detection of dangerous type of placenta previa early diag nosis value.Methods The data of patients in clinical and pathological diagnosis with dangerous type of placenta pre via chosen from December 2011-June 2012 in the First People＇s Hospital of Shaoguan City,North people＇s hospital of Shaoguan City,Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Shaoguan City were analyzed retrospectively.A number of indicators combined detection of dangerous type of placenta previa early diagnosis value were analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of twenty patients with clinical and pathological prove dangerous type of placenta previa patients were 100%,buy using the black and white ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound,the three dimensional Doppler ultra sound,blood AFP,creatine kinase monitoring method combined detection.Twenty cases of dangerous type of placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage were less than 2500 mL,1 case was hysterectomy,1 case was DIC,no one was the ma ternal death.Conclusion Many indicators combined detection of dangerous type of placenta previa early diagnosis co incidence rate is higher,and it can help guide clinical,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and emergency hysterectomy.
