凋亡抑制因子Survivin在急性胰腺炎发病机制中的作用进展

Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的成员之一,是目前已知的最强的凋亡抑制因子,具有抑制凋亡、促进细胞转化、参与细胞有丝分裂、血管生成和肿瘤细胞耐药性的产生等作用,在肿瘤形成中发挥重要作用。同时,Sur-vivin还与急性胰腺炎的发病及进展密切相关,它主要通过调控患者外周血中性粒细胞凋亡延迟发挥作用。研究Survivin与急性胰腺炎发病机制的关系可以为临床预防、治疗急性胰腺炎及监测胰腺炎的病情进展提供指导。
