循证护理在急性细菌性痢疾患儿中的应用及效果

目的探讨循证护理在急性细菌性痢疾患儿中应用及效果。方法选择2010年8月。2012年9月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院儿科治疗的96例急性细菌性痢疾患儿为研究对象，根据有无实施循证护理分为A组和B组，A组患儿接受常规护理模式指导下的护理干预措施，B组患儿接受循证护理模式指导下的护理干预措施，比较两组患儿家属对急性细菌性痢疾护理相关知识掌握程度、患儿基础护理合格率和患儿家属对护理服务的满意度。结果B组患儿家属对急性细菌性痢疾护理相关知识掌握程度、基础护理合格率和患儿家属对护理服务的满意度均明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理能够明显提高患儿家属对急性细菌性痢疾护理相关知识掌握程度，提高基础护理质量和患儿及患儿家属对护理服务的满意度．值得进一步推广。

Application effect on nursing measures under the guidance of the evidence-based nursing mode in acute bacterial diarrhea children

Objective To investigate the effect on nursing measures under the guidance of the evidence-based nursing mode in patients with acute bacterial diarrhea children. Methods The clinical data of 96 acute bacterial diarrhea children who were treated in Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from August 2010 to September 2012 were collected, then they were divided into group A and group B according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guide of the evidence-based nursing mode without, patients in group A were given nursing measures under the guidance of routine nursing mode, patients in group B group were given nursing measures under the guidance of the evidence-based nursing mode, the knowledge of acute bacterial diarrhea nursing for children families, basic nursing qualification rate for children and the nursing service satisfaction of children family for nursing measures were compared. Results The knowledge of acute bacterial diarrhea nursing for children families, basic nurs- ing qualification rate for children and the nursing service satisfaction of children family for nursing measures in group B were higher than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing measures under the guide of the evidence-based nursing mode can reduce the pain degree and improve the knowledge of acute bacterial diarrhea nursing for children families, basic nursing qualification rate for children and the nursing service satisfaction of children family for nursing measures, it is worthy of promotion.
