摘    要:本文介绍培训了外科实习医生快速正确掌握手术刀使用的方法,依照外科医生手术习惯,研制了一套手术刀的虚拟外科模拟手术训练系统。通过细化各种结构设计、三维定位跟踪、力反馈选型,设计生成了虚拟软件系统,从而达到逼真的三维操作环境,并完成了一系列在仿真手术刀支持下进行的外科手术,实现了一个完整的虚拟手术环境,保证了教学质量,延伸了教育内涵,还为今后进一步对于各种常用手术器械的虚拟化建模研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper introduces the method of training surgical practice doctors quickly grasping operation knife use, in accordance with the surgeon operation habit, developing a set of virtual surgery simulation operation training system of operation knife. Though the detailed structure design, 3D location tracking, force feedback type selection, virtual software system is generated, so as to achieve realistic 3D operating environment, complete a series of surgical operations by the support of simulation operation knife, and achieve a complete virtual operation environment, guarantee the teaching quality, extend the connotation of education, and also provide the theory basis for a variety of commonly used surgical instruments virtualization modeling research in the future.
