442名护士院内利用血糖仪进行血糖监测现状调查分析及对策

目的了解护士院内利用血糖仪进行血糖监测的现状,为规范院内护士使用血糖仪进行血糖监测的管理提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,于2012年10月,对一所三甲医院的442名护士院内利用血糖仪进行血糖监测的现状进行调查。发放调查表450份,收回有效问卷442份,有效率是98.22%。结果全院68.55%的护士没有参加过应用血糖仪进行血糖检测的知识培训;77.38%的护士不知道便携式血糖仪使用的温度要求;68.1%的护士不知道血糖仪常见的干扰因素;87.33%的护士不知道根据不同患者的情况选择用不同酶技术的血糖仪;73.76%的护士当采血量不足时用力挤压手指增加血量;57.47%的护士没有做到皮肤穿刺后,弃去第一滴血液,将第二滴血液置于试纸指定区域。结论该院护士在使用血糖仪进行血糖监测过程中,无论是血糖仪检测范围、原理、简单维护及操作规程等方面都存在很多问题,因此要加大院内护士使用血糖仪进行血糖监测规范管理的力度。

Investigation and analysis of current situation of monitoring blood glucose through blood glucose meter by 442 nurses in a hospital

Objective To realize the present situation of using blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose by the nurses in a hospital, and to provide a theoretical basis for managing and regulating this monitoring. Methods In Octo- ber 2012, self-designed questionnaires were adopted and handed out to 442 nurses in a top three hospitals to investi- gate the present situation of using blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose. 450 questionnaires were distributed, 442 questionnaires were valid, efficiency was 98.22%. Results 68.55% of the nurses in the hospital did not participate in the application training of using blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose; 77.38% of the nurses did not know the temperature requirements of using a portable blood glucose meter; 68.1% of the nurses did not know the common confounding factors of glucose meters; 87.33% of the nurses did not know that they should use different enzyme tech- nology glucose meter according to different conditions of the patients; 73.76% of the nurses pressed fingers hard to in- crease blood volume when there was no sufficient blood; after skin punctuation, 57.47% of the nurses did not discard the first drop of blood and place the second blood in the specified area of test strips. Conclusion In the process of us- ing blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose, so many problems exist, such as glucose meter detection range, prin- ciple, simple maintenance and operating procedures, etc.. So there is a need to increase the intensity of managing and regulating in using blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose by nurses.
