| 摘 要： | 目的：比较伊春地区野生与栽培北五味子中五味子醇甲成分的含量差别。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）为填充剂,流动相：甲醇-水（13：7）;检测波长：250nm;流速：1mL/min;柱温：室温。结果：各产地的北五味子中五味子醇甲含量均大于0. 4%。结论：该实验方法简便、准确、重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the component difference in wild and cultivated Sehisandra Schisandrin in the Yiehun region. Methods：High performance liquid chromatography was Used,with column Agilent C18 column （150mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） as filler, methanol- water （13 ： 7） as mobile phase, 250nm as detection wavelength, 1mL/min as flow rate and room temperature as column temperature. Results：The Schisandra Sehisandrin content of all areas of the Yichun region was greater than 0. 4 %. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. |
