摘    要:目的:比较伊春地区野生与栽培北五味子中五味子醇甲成分的含量差别。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为填充剂,流动相:甲醇-水(13:7);检测波长:250nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:室温。结果:各产地的北五味子中五味子醇甲含量均大于0. 4%。结论:该实验方法简便、准确、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the component difference in wild and cultivated Sehisandra Schisandrin in the Yiehun region. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography was Used,with column Agilent C18 column (150mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) as filler, methanol- water (13 : 7) as mobile phase, 250nm as detection wavelength, 1mL/min as flow rate and room temperature as column temperature. Results:The Schisandra Sehisandrin content of all areas of the Yichun region was greater than 0. 4 %. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
