| 摘 要： | 目的探讨60岁以上老年心胸外科患者进行手术的可行性及围手术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析2007年6月~2010年6月60岁以上240例老年患者围手术期的资料,在强化术前护理准备、严密术后病情观察、出院指导方面进行归纳。结果老年患者合并高血压、糖尿病几率较高,术后易出现泌尿系感染、切口裂开、肺部感染等并发症。结论充分的术前准备,适宜的麻醉、手术方式,加强护理管理,老年患者可安全度过围手术期。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the feasibility and perioperative care elements.of cardio-thoracic surgery in the elderly patients.Methods：The perioperative data of 240 aged patients were analyzed retrospectively.to summarize the preoperative care and preparation,close observation of postoperative illness,discharge guidance.Results： The data showed that senile patients were easy to suffer from hypertension,and diabetesmellitus.The urinary infection,pulmonary infection and wound split were common afteroperation.Conclusion：The full preparation before operation,suitable anesthesia and operation management,and careful monitoring during and after operation will help the senile patients pass safely through the perioperative. |
