闭合式上颌窦底提升同期牙种植体植入术疗效研究

目的 探讨闭合式上颌窦底提升同期牙种植体植入术的临床疗效.方法 进行23例闭合式上颌窦底提升同期牙种植体植入术,以23例上颌后牙常规牙种植体植入术为对照,术后1周及1、3、6个月检查种植体稳定性、上颌窦和种植体骨结合情况.结果 两组均未见种植体松动、脱落或上颌窦炎症发生,各时期X线片检察种植体骨结合良好.术后6个月均完成上部义齿修复.经不同时间随访,临床效果良好.结论 闭合式上颌窦底提升同期牙种植体植入术同上颌后牙常规牙种植体植入术一样具有良好的治疗效果,可显著扩大牙种植体植入术适应证.

Therapeutic effect of closed maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of closed maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation for the patients with atrophic alveolar bone of posterior maxilla.Methods Nineteen patients with the bone height at 4mm to 6mm underwent closed maxillary sinus floor lifting and simultaneously 23 dental implants placement,and the controlled group of directly dental implantation included 23 dental implants of 20 patients.The stability and osseointegration of dental implants,and the maxillary sinus were evaluated 1 week,1 months,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results There were no implant loose or lost or inflammation of sinus in either group,and X-ray of different stage all showed good osseointergration.All the patients finished implant prosthesis in 6 months postoperatively.And different term follow-up of both group showed satisfied clinical result.Conclusion As the simple dental implantation of alveolar bone of posterior maxilla,the technique of closed maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation also has satisfactory therapeutic effect.The indication of dental implantation thus can be extended remarkably.
